Flat-Sale Row as Potential Motive

Investigators suggest that a long-standing property dispute may have been the catalyst for the fatal altercation. Sources familiar with the case revealed that the couple owned separate flats in the same area, fueling tensions over financial matters. Preliminary findings indicate that the victim intended to sell his flat, leading to a heated argument with his wife, Sarbani, which ultimately escalated into a violent confrontation.
