Now Brief is Samsung’s built-in content curation tool that delivers daily updates such as news, weather, and personal suggestions. With this upgrade, Samsung slips Nano Banana AI tools directly into the app, transforming how the feature works. The update introduces a new Selfie card powered by Samsung’s Personal Data Intelligence and enriched with Google Gemini’s Nano Banana AI engine.
This AI system adds something new called Nano Banana image creation inside the Now Brief content page. Once users install the latest update from the Galaxy Store and enable the feature manually, they’ll be able to create AI-generated visuals within their daily briefings. For example, if a user wants to see an image related to a news update or upcoming event, the AI can instantly generate one, adding a visual layer to the experience.
Google Gemini’s Nano Banana integration offers many high-end AI capabilities such as text-to-image generation, image plus text-to-image refinement, multiple image blending, and high-quality text rendering. It allows a conversational approach, where users can describe what they want and see results update in real time.
