According to a trusted industry tipster, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will continue using Samsung’s 200MP ISOCELL HP2 primary sensor but with an upgraded F1.4 aperture. This wider aperture allows more light to reach the sensor, helping the camera capture brighter and clearer images in low lighting, something users have been asking for since the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The sensor remains a 1/1.3-inch ISOCELL HP2 with 0.6μm pixels and supports advanced features like Dual Slope Gain and Smart ISO Pro. The phone can shoot in multiple resolutions including 12.5MP, 50MP, and 200MP, giving users flexibility depending on their needs.
