Ola’s Fall From The Top

Why Ather & Hero are Changing Ahead
Experts believe that consistent after-sales service, wider dealership networks, and product reliability are key reasons behind the success of TVS, Bajaj, Ather, and Hero. Ather, in particular, is expanding aggressively and plans to reach 700 retail outlets by March 2026.

The focus is also shifting from just range and speed to factors like charging infrastructure, financing options, and brand trust.
Future Outlook: Can Growth Rebound?
Despite July’s slowdown, analysts remain optimistic about the rest of 2025. The festive season later in the year usually boosts vehicle sales, and new model launches could bring more customers to showrooms.
The electric 2 wheeler sales India market is still in a growth phase, with more people exploring EVs as fuel prices stay high and awareness about sustainability increases.
